1)    REGISTRATION 

By signing the Registration Form, the client agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and also to the specific terms in the travel documents.

Registration to a travel obliges the client to pay the service in two or more installment specified in the registration form.

Final balance has to be paid, if not specified differently, two months before the departure date.

 

2)    MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

If the client cancels its travels the following penalties will have to be paid:

  -  Cancelation 12 months before departure date: 15% of the trip.

  -  Cancelation between 12 months and 9 months before departure date: 50% of the trip.

  -  Cancelation between 9 months and 6 months before departure date: 75% of the trip.

  -  Cancelation between 6 months and 3 months before departure date: 85% of the trip.

  -  Cancelation within 3 months before departure date: 100% of the trip.

  -  In case the client doesn’t come for whatever reason (“no show”): 100% of the trip

We highly recommend customer to subscribe insurance covering cancellation of their trip.

 

3)   MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY HUNTING PLEASURE

HUNTING PLEASURE will have no liability to pay compensation to customer for any failure to properly perform the trips contract, where the failure is:

-        attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the trips services, and which was

       unforeseeable or unavoidable,

-        due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond HUNTING PLEASURE's control, the consequences

       of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised,

-        due to an event which Sportingagent.com, even with all due care, could not foresee or forestall.

        Examples of the above circumstances would be war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist    

       activity, actions of governments or other state bodies, unavoidable technical problems with  

        transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, natural or nuclear disaster, avalanche, fire,  

        adverse weather conditions or levels of water in rivers, or that any of the above are threatened.

The details (time and type of transportation) of the travel are those given by transportation companies at the time of the booking. HUNTING PLEASURE is therefore not responsible for any modification of those. Final details will be communicated to the customer a few days before departure.


4)   INSURANCES

No insurances are provided in our offering.

You can contact PROASSUR company which can offer all types of insurance (Medical care, firearms damages ….) but also travel cancelation.

To benefit of insurances included, if customer pays using credit card, it the responsibility of the customer to understand what insurance coverage he is entitled to. In case of cancellation, HUNTING PLEASURE is not responsible for a partial or refusal of refund by the credit card company. 

 

5)   DURATION OF TRIP

Duration of the trip includes day of departure and day of return. In case airline companies would delay the scheduled departure and therefore shorten the stay of the customer, the client will not be entitled to any refund or indemnities.

 

6)   AIRLINES TRANSPORTATION

The liability of airlines’ company, their representatives and agents is limited in case of damages and claims to the transportation of passengers and their luggage. This is printed on the tickets which are delivered to you.

In case of delay at the beginning or at the end of the trip, the airlines company will decline any liability on the consequences of such delays and what they could generate. As such the traveler cannot claim to us any compensation in relation of the inconvenience of those delays.

 

7)   CHECK IN DEFAULT

The inability of checking in at the departure, even in case of « force majeure », as the impossibility to depart because of being unable to present requested travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, etc ….) are considered as cancellation from the customer. It is the same if the customer interrupts its trip after departure.

 

8)   PRICE REVISION

Prices as on the registration form are calculated using exchange rates and airline pricelist known at the time.

Those prices could therefore be modified by us, increased or decreased, without notice. Customer will be advised by postal letter in case of variation of the above parameters and in line with the laws which stipulate that:

-       Variation of taxes and fees or airline transportation which represents a significant part of the package will be fully adjusted.

-       The customer can cancel the trip, within 7 days after being informed of the adjustment, if this adjustment is higher than 10% of the original price.

This applies only to registered customers.

 

9)   RESPONSABILITIES & LIABILITES

HUNTING PLEASURE is not responsible and liable in case of change of itineraries and time table or in case of  the cancelation of part of the trip  or the departure of the customer as consequences or events as strikes, technical incident, bad weather, local authority decisions and other force majeure.

The suppliers may have to change ways of transportation or accommodation. No compensation will be due in case of those modifications. If the delivered services are cheaper than the one contracted, the price difference will be refund to the customer.

It is full and sole responsibility of the customer and therefore HUNTING PLEASURE is not responsible or liable for obtaining the necessary travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, etc…). HUNTING PLEASURE only provides information on what could be requested at its best knowledge.

Some elements of the package are not provided by HUNTING PLEASURE but other suppliers. Those suppliers are fully responsible in front of the customer.

In all case the customer has to strictly follow the recommendations of the guides. HUNTING PLEASURE is not responsible or liable for consequences of misconduct of the customer.


10) RISKS AND HAZARDS DURING HUNTING TRIPS

Hunting activity contains certain risks as: usage of off-road vehicles, usage of boats, usage of private airplanes, isolated lodging, possible presence of poachers, usage of firearms, presence of dangerous wild animals, etc ….

The customer accepts those risks and hazards and accepts that HUNTING PLEASURE is not responsible or liable for those in case of any accident.

 

11)  IMMIGRATION / VACCINATION

When booking an order HUNTING PLEASURE will inform customer on immigration documents needed (Passport, ID card, Visas…..) and international vaccination certificates requested or recommended by visited countries.

It is the responsibility of the customer to insure he has the proper documents to travel. 

 

12)  SHOOTING LICENSE AND FIREARM

In some countries firearm importation and shooting license are mandatory. HUNTING PLEASURE will supply customer with relevant forms to be filled and signed.

 

13)  SHOOTING BAGS AND TROPHIES

No shooting bag or trophy can be guaranteed. We offer our customer the best conditions to achieve the expected results. In case of unsuccessful results customer the client will not be entitled to any refund or indemnities.

 

14)  TROPHY FEES

Some trips include trophy fees for birds or animals. For extra quota customer, if not agreed differently, has to pay those extra trophy fees in cash directly to the local organization.

 

15)  TROPHIES

HUNTING PLEASURE is not responsible for the shipment of the trophies, possible delays or possible damages which could happen. The shipment is executed by professional companies agreed by the customer. The customer is the sole and unique interface with those companies.


16)  TRAVEL INTERRUPTED

If the customer decides to interrupt or shorten the trip for whatever reason no refund can be claimed.

 

17)   CLAIMS

Any claim on services to be delivered during the trip has to be immediately mentioned to the local organization so that they could take action to solve the claim.

Any claim about the trip has to be promptly documented and a registered letter sent to HUNTING PLEASURE.
